5. Do I accept returns and exchanges?

We do refund. Unfortunately, we do not do exchange or return items.

1. We are responsible for the wrong item being shipped, to what you ordered or if the product is faulty. If this situation is to occur, email us at annasaintrose@hotmail.com, We ask that you send a photo of your item that is faulty or wrong and we will get back to you ASAP.

2. Please allow 3 business days when we have received your faulty item email to process the correct refund for you.
